3. USER REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS

- Maintain and promptly update your account information

- Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

- Improving Service functionality based on usage patterns
- We will never publicly display your personal data or share it with other users
- This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where retention is required by law

- Exception: EU consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence under EU consumer protection laws
13.7 Class Action Waiver

16. CONSUMER RIGHTS (EU SPECIFIC)
16.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU:
- You have 14 days from the start of your paid subscription to request a full refund for any reason
- To request a refund, contact us via email or through your account settings
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method within 14 days of your request
